Local agency wins national honor.

Green Bay, Wisconsin — July 12, 2005 — Imaginasium has won a bronze National Telly Award for its Energy Conservation campaign for Wisconsin Public Service. The entry was submitted by Meridian Studios of Appleton, which assisted with production on the spots.

The Energy Conservation campaign consisted of three spots aimed at educating consumers on how to conserve energy. “The objective for the spots was to show how Public Service is working to provide consumers with information on managing personal energy usage while continuing to build a reliable energy system,” said Joe Bergner, Creative Director and Partner at Imaginasium. “We needed the spots to be direct, factual and yet have enough appeal to keep people tuned in to learn more about how they can take more control of their energy bill.” The spots were concepted and directed by Imaginasium with film production provided by Meridian.

Founded in 1978, the Telly Awards honor outstanding local, regional, and cable television commercials and programs. The mission behind the honors is to strengthen the visual arts by inspiring, promoting and supporting creativity. Last year over 10,000 entries were submitted from all 50 states and 5 continents.
