2006Imaginasium Staff Saves Dozens of Lives! This morning, staffers at local Brand Alignment firm Imaginasium found their parking lot crawling with life — of the reptilian variety. A local East River snapping turtle, who remains anonymous, gave birth to more than 3 dozen baby turtles on the rocky banks of the river just outside agency headquarters. The bale of hatchlings seemingly became disoriented upon emergence from their shells and began a mass exodus across the blacktop parking lot rather than dive into the cool water only a few feet away. Thanks to the quick action of Art Director Paul Dax, most of the tiny crawlers were scooped up before the majority of staffers arrived for the day, who would most assuredly have crushed the hapless adolescents beneath their Goodyears. “I know I would have wanted somebody to do this for me if I were sprawled out in the parking lot on a Tuesday morning,” Dax said. “Usually, people just walk right by, or sometimes spit on me.” There’s no telling how many of the youngsters will survive the wilds of the East River now that they’ve been returned to it, but according to Dax, “that’s somebody else’s problem now.” Imaginasium, 321 Saint George St., Green Bay, is a national award-winning brand alignment and strategic marketing communications firm offering full brand alignment along with internal and external communications development. ![]() ![]() |
