Imaginasium announces plans to move office supplies to spacious new headquarters

In an unprecedented move, nationally known brand alignment firm Imaginasium has announced plans to relocate its entire collection of office supplies, furniture and equipment to a new location in Green Bay’s downtown.

Effective Tuesday, November 21, of this year, Imaginasium staplers, pens, pencils, Macs, chairs, conference tables, file cabinets, and other equipment will find a new home at 110 S. Washington Street, in the heart of the revitalized Riverfront area. Housed in the former Nicolet Bank building, a tastefully understated sign marked “Imaginasium” will identify the collection of important office sundries.

Co-owners Pat Hopkins, Joe Bergner and Denis Kreft agreed that the time for such a move was ripe.

“Our business has exploded over the past few years,” said Hopkins, President. “We’ve hired so many people in the past 24 months, there’s barely any room for our coffee packets, spray mount, copy paper and toner.

“It just wasn’t fair to cram these hard-working, useful supplies into ever-shrinking spaces,” Hopkins added. “We think this works better.”

When asked if employees would follow, Hopkins first appeared shocked, then thoughtful. “Hmmm. Yes … yes, I suppose that would make sense,” he said, with the caveat “as long as storage areas aren’t compromised.”

The new area will feature approximately 7,500 square-feet of total space, and will provide ample storage space for art and offices supplies of all types. Oh, yeah, and the 20-plus strategists, copywriters, art directors, account managers, programmers and other branding professionals who use them. Their email addresses and phone numbers will remain the same.

For the most part, employees are confident they can make the situation work.

“I think this is just a great opportunity for all of us — but especially our office supplies,” said Renae Geimer, art director and three-year member of the Imaginasium team. “I, for one, am going to do whatever it takes to make them productive in their new home.”

As a reminder, as of Tuesday, November 21, 2006, you’ll find Imaginasium at:
