Joe recognized in a crowd

Joe Bergner, Imaginasium Executive Creative Director and one of our founders, has just been honored with the prestigious and most cool Silver Medal Award from the Fox River Advertising Club. A shocked, humbled (and secretly pleased) Joe received his award to the applause of hundreds at the 2007 Fox River Ad Club ADDY Awards.

For more than 50 years, the Silver Medal has recognized people like Joe for their contributions not only to our profession, but to the betterment of people&rsqo;s live as well.

“Besides his creative talents, Joe deserves this award as much for the strong personal code of ethics he’s built his life and business on,” said Patrick Hopkins, President of Imaginasium. “He can always be counted on to do the right thing, whatever that takes, and he’s held true to this belief even during tough times.”

Joe’s been an anchor of Northeast Wisconsin advertising for two decades. He’s served on the AdFed board, Chaired the ADDYs and organized a countless number of industry events. He organizes creative fieldtrips for all of us here, attends creative seminars and encourages each of us to keep thinking beyond our tasks at hand. And when all that’s done, he runs out and works for Habitat for Humanity, the Boys and Girls Club, the United Way, and the CP Center.

We’ve always recognized Joe as the guy who makes everything a little bit better. Now it’s just official.
