What do you do when you find a confessed Kansas City Chiefs fan in your midst? Well, you go with your gut and pummel him or her with tiny cheese wheels while wearing your lucky Favre jersey. Or, you hire them to help your brand alignment firm run more smoothly.

We considered the first, but thankfully settled on the second, hiring Carolyn Anderson as Project Coordinator.

Born and raised in KC, Carolyn helps us keep our promises. She supports creative, production and account management, keeping them all rowing in the same direction. She opens lines of communication, makes sure work flows effortlessly through the agency, digs up research we need to do truly original work, organizes what needs organizing and plans for what needs planning to get our clients their work when they expect it. And agency background in Kansas City and Phoenix gives her the chops to do it all.

So we’ll give her a break and allow the evolution from red to green and Arrowhead to Lambeau take place naturally. Welcome aboard.
