2008Kids’ holiday spirit brightens communityImaginasium invited kids from The Boys & Girls Club of Green Bay to celebrate some holiday cheer and decorate the firm’s large windows along busy Washington Street. The kids came. They ate holiday snacks. They drank copious amounts of hot cocoa. And, like kids are apt to do, they poured out their hearts. Now, this festive window artwork will spread holiday cheer with passersby through the end of the year. But, the cheer doesn’t stop at the Imaginasium office. A special website, BeFestiveWindows.com, was created so anyone can view photos of the windows and vote on his/her favorite. “For years, we’ve honored our client relationships by making a creative holiday promotion. In recent years, we’ve felt drawn to honor them in a deeper way; one with more significance and longevity,” said Executive Creative Director Joe Bergner. “Not only can we help develop kids’ creativity, the windows increase visibility for The Club, a valuable resource in our community,” Joe added. The Be Festive windows made their debut during the Green Bay Holiday Parade on Saturday, November 22, which ran directly in front of Imaginasium (110 South Washington Street). “The kids were incredibly excited and dedicated to making the best windows they could. We’re already thinking about next year and enhancing the event,” Joe said. Imaginasium has supported The Boys & Girls Club of Green Bay for over a decade, working on The Club’s annual report and promoting their biggest fundraiser, A Taste of Wine & Cheese. |
